Raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Hannah always had a heart for the city. Moody Bible Institute was always a positive place in her home. Her mom is a Moody graduate and was basically discipled by her Bible courses at Moody Bible Institute. Living in Chicago was always a plus.
When she decided she wanted to study counseling and theology, Moody's programs were perfect. During her time at Moody, she was heavily involved in a mentoring program called YoungLife.
"I found Jesus and grew to love him when I was in high school. I think that I will always love teaching high schoolers about Jesus." - Hannah Lynn
When she was a senior at Moody to get balance out a hard academic year, she started a fashion blog called TheFullColorLife. The blog has opened up tons of opportunities in the fashion world to be a positive source of news and style.
"Many people don't realize that fashion blogs usually turn into news and media sites for women. How awesome would it be to have a fashion site where women can get news that is positive, truthful and in-line with theology." - Hannah Lynn
Johnathon and Hannah attended Moody Bible Institute at the same time, but never actually met. They connected three years later via social media and found out they had all the same friends. After their first coffee date, they both felt like old friends. After a short time, they were engaged and married. Johnathon is currently a Youth Pastor at Judson Baptist Church, which fits with Hannah's life plan of wanting to always be telling high schoolers about Jesus.
Hannah is the host of a one-minute feature on Moody Radio called, That's Real with Hannah Lynn. Her goal is to share how the Bible can relate to real life through stories and illustrations on the radio and on social media.
She is also the sound engineer and on-air contributor on Karl and Crew Mornings on 90.1 FM Moody Radio.
